Modern Museum Education operates on the traditional lands of Cherokee and Chickasaw Indigenous peoples. We acknowledge and pay respect their long histories, their enduring and vibrant cultures, and to the living members of these tribes, many of whom remain separated from their traditional homelands because of the legacy of colonialism and systemic racism.
